Mandrus Wheels on CLS - Reviews?
Hi all,
I hear that Mandrus makes wheels exclusively for Mercedes. the wheels look good but I have read some mixed reviews here and there about them on different benz models.
Anyone on this forum with experience of using them on CLS specifically? or even in general just rim quality.
I am looking to get the Mandrus Mannheim in GunMetal finish or Arrow in Matte Black.
Thought will ask for opinions before i drop more than a grand on installing these. thanks everyone.

The only bad thing I heard was that they were heavy. Dont know if it is true but maybe worth looking into. I bought Roderick RW-2s for about the same price and am pretty happy with them so far.

make sure you buy a mandrus wheel for SL fitment .......they stance out better on the car than if u request CLS fitment.....two friends of mine r running it on cls n sl although they r the same offset the SL wheels came with a bit higher offset n fit n look better on the car the cls ones r tucked in the body a bit.....jus my 2 cents ....mandrus is the first choice till you get use to rims then u will upgrade .....every body that i know that bought mandrus upgraded within 2 years of owning them styles r too simple....imo

DON'T BUY THIS BRAND OF WHEEL!!!
I just bought a CLK320 with a set of Mandrus Millenium's (the beautiful 15 spoke ones) and they are FULL OF CRACKS!!!
One wheel was off the car when I got it, flat. I pumped up the tyre, and hosed it with water looking for the leak, and I found that there were 2 cracks leaking air in the BACK of the rim, and on further inspection, there are about 5 repairs from previous cracks.
There is a little bit of gutter rash on the outside, and I expected to see damage from kerb jumping incorrectly on the inside, but NO, not even a paint chip. Just full of cracks.
I found the problem... They have "MADE IN CHINA" cast into the back of a spoke.... Disappointed, as they look spectacular on the car!!!
