Regarding battery and Conventional functions

I recently had a low battery conventional functions temporarily unavailable
indicator on my dashboard...

I noticed my rear battery terminal was loose so I tightened it myself.
Notification turned off and says conventional functions working properly..

Now my A/C works full blast yet the headlights are on even when I have them turned off, and the overhead lights wont turn on as well.
Everything else like sunroof, seats, and windows work fine.

Do I need to get my car reset and flashed for everything to start working properly ? any advice would be great, thanks
