surges
Just today my car started surging a little on deceleration and getting a little jerky at idle.
As I'm approaching a stop it'd actually feel like little pulsations of acceleration.
Also noteworthy was a time or 2 the engine seemed to run a little rough but just for a second. Everything else is fine. Runs strong and shifts through the gears good. At first I feared transmission but with the couple idle hiccups makes me wonder maf? No codes. No Light. No previous problems. 60k on the clock.
Any ideas?

First of all i would recommend check these Green filters if they dirty and replace them with OEM filters . Then clean your MAF sensor or purchase a new one ( personally i would buy a new one ). See if this will make any difference. Also make sure that connector between MAF sensor and air box doesnt have air leaks .

25mile trip to work was ok. I am going to order a MAF sensor as a precaution.
I havent ruled out bad gas either (Went to a new Valero), I will fill up the rest of the tank with my regular Exxon gas.

Cleaned the MAF Sensor and filled the rest of the tank (1/2) with same gas station I normally go to and the problem seems to have rectified.
I did have 60k on the odometer so I had my transmission serviced too... Now its slipping between 2nd and 3rd. Taking it back to them in the morning. It BETTER just be low on fluid.

It doesn't hurt to have a spare brand new MAF sensor. When MAF goes bad it can cause a lot of crazy things.
Your Transmission is probably overfilled .
