06' CLS500: Best exhaust setup?
Wondering what the best exhaust setup for a 500 would be. I just got my CLS and and super pleased with it. First mod on the list is obviously exhaust. Gotta let that V8 breath, right? I've seen a few threads on here about different setups. What would be ideal? The most common I have heard is to remove the resonators and replace with an X-pipe. Should I combo that with losing the mufflers too? My cls has a factory AMG exhaust (not dual tip) I'm not sure if the entire exhaust is different, or if it just had AMG tips. (guessing just the tips knowing MB).
Open to all options here. Let me know what you would recommend as far as performance and sound. Looking to have it chopped up pretty soon.
