2007 CLS 550 Bluetooth upgrade?
Hello,
My 2007 CLS 550 currently only takes phone calls via Bluetooth. I asked the dealer how much it would be to upgrade the system and her exact word was "expensive" lol. She gave me the name of a guy who previously worked at the dealership and now does work on the side. He said it would be $350 to upgrade the system. Does anyone know if this is a good price? If not, any suggestions on what parts I should buy to have it done more cheaply?

I am curious as to what you are actually looking to accomplish....
You stated it "ONLY takes calls through Blue Tooth"....
Is there another way you are looking to take calls?
I'm not trying to be crass, I am just confused.
I also have a Blue Tooth issue with my 07 CLS, I just want to be able to use it and I am looking for the item (remote control sized adapter) that goes into the center console to allow it to happen.
If you can/do upgrade, want to sell me your device from under the arm rest?
