I have my car straight piped right now where the resonator used to be. Is this any better or worse.

I had my car straight piped as well. I did not like how it sounded at idle at the back of the car; kind of 6 cylinder-ish sounding. So, I installed the magnaflow x-pipe and believe it sounds much better. Not earth shattering, but better.

Yea the idle tone is pretty lackluster... I thought I would have to do major exhaust changes to get a better idle tone like remove the cats and get a better muffler though.

I also see these x pipes on amazon for like 40 bucks is magnaflow any better looks like the same piece of steel.
