2006 CLS 500
Air suspension problems.. NEED HELP! CLS 500
3 days ago.. I was driving when all of a sudden I hear a loud screeching sound. I got out and was watching the sound come from the side of the tire and as I was watching, the car was going down from the left side while the rest stayed up. When I got inside the dash showed a message saying “car to low” I’m sure my air bag or whatever it is popped.. it has since then not went up only the other sides lift except that side. Also I’m sure my air pump is still working bc when I unlock the car, you can hear it turn on and all side will rise expect that busted one. Could I be right? And I just want to know what the part is actually called so I can order it.. again for a 2006 cls 500.

Definitely the airstrut, had the same problem, changed with an Arnnot from ebay. everything works perfectly now, DIY job.
Anyway, you should check with a special tool the error, so you can be sure that this is the problem.
