I am not sure about the CLS350 in the US either. I posted that the CLS350 goes on sale in Europe in January 2005.

Well, I wouldn't say they're morons (I read them too), but they were wrong on that. The press was going off of limited info when they were talking about the CLE before the 'concept' was released. Anyway, up until recently, no one really knew whether the CLS would be priced above or below the E.

That would be a major disappointment if the 350 wasn't released here. Just like BMW not putting out 630ci here, either. I know MB is pushing this as a special and exclusive car, but come on. Show BMW that there's a market for a 6-cylinder grand tourer in this price range.
