Mercedes CLS 2006 (W219) Parking Sensors problem

Question Mercedes CLS 2006 (W219) Parking Sensors problem
Hello guys, first of all i want to apologise if there is similar post like mine or this place isn't for that kind of post but i am new here and this is my first post..

I have Mercedes CLS W219 2006, and i have problem with my parking sensors. Everything was working fine and first rear parking sensors sometimes were working sometimes not, and after 3-4weeks they stoped working complete (front and rear). It shows only 2 red dots.. Can someone help me what should be the problem?
