Hey Plutoe, good to hear from you. Your sense of humor cracks me up. I'm afraid that I don't have the WIS doc. If I give you my VIN would you mind getting it for me?? :-)

I tried and tried to get the WIS software.
Bought the discs and tried to load on computer, and computer crashed.
Then bought other discs and loaded it and computer crashed again.
I'm love to get this documentation; how did you obtain this?
Here is my VIN: WDDDJ75X66A025166
Have a great day!

Resurrecting...
Any updates? Anyone actually carry though with this work?
I _may_ have a need to swap out a rear subframe: I have two cars, one that is a bit corrosion-plagued and the other [not worthy of saving] is essentially corrosion-free; I'll be doing a lot of parts swapping and am trying to brace myself should I think I'd want to do this job*. The car I'll be restoring will get all new suspension bits in which case most everything is going to ripped out anyway.
* Car I'm restoring hasn't been delivered yet. Kind of premature but I'm trying to brace myself for the worst.

Following up...
I pulled the complete rear subframe out of my parts car. It IS a LOT of work. Biggest pain, however, is having to drop the fuel tank. As this car was being fully parted-out not a big deal. I'll have to think long and hard, however, whether I wish to drop the subfame on the car I'm restoring: I'm already putting a lot of time, effort and money into it and feel like I don't want to scrimp.
Used two jacks to lower on to two dollies. No lift.
Would appreciate any info on the use of ad-hoc tools for removing and installing subframe bushings: specified tools are north of $400 USD (can't justify).
