Right LowBeam Issue HID Xenon

My low beam went out and “active lamps inoperable” message was displayed on dashboard. I changed the bulb and the ballast. After changing the ballast the dashboard cleared the message, but the light still doesn’t work. Could it be the igniter? I’m thinking it may be electrical but I don’t know where to start.

Did you try power cycling (turn engine fully on and off) the vehicle to reset the SAM to resupply power to the socket?

I have started the engine on and off quite a few times. What is the proper procedure?

Lights off, crank engine fully on, then off, then turn on lights.

If that doesn't work, really the best way to troubleshoot is to start swapping components left and right till the failure moves to the other side. Then you know the culprit.

That's a more difficult task because the left side head light is not as easily accessible. I'd have to remove the fender lining and possibly the front bumper. Rendering that task too long.

I can here the igniter clicking, so I'm guessing it's getting power but no "spark."
