Letter of intent sent and deposit paid!
One picture was enough for me!
The successor to my W211 E class will be a CLS, although "only" a 320cdi.
Base price $60,000. prices to be confirmed.
I have sent a letter of intent to the dealership with $1500 deposit. Fully returnable if price/spec not to my liking - and delivery expected June 05.
This letter of intent gets you on the list - whyich is useful as the new SLK already has an 18 month waiting liist in the UK!
Now need to sit and wait for the roadtests, and options.

Same here. The deposit for my '05 S600 was only five-hundred dollars. Fully refundable. The deposit for my Vanquish was 10,000 dollars at the Collection in Coral Gables, Florida.
