Suspension Issues (Strut Rod Arm and Sway Bar Bushings)

Since the techs that typically work on my car aren't in the immediate vicinity, I brought the car to the dealer to diagnose some issues, they pointed out a couple things that I'd rather try myself or have my guys work on and now I just need help knowing which parts to order
1) l/f strut rod arms [first image] (are these just bushings or does the entire arm need replacing?)
2) sway bar bushings [second image] (not sure if this is the right pic, this is what the dealer shared with me)

Any help would be much appreciated.

I've seen numerous names across various sites for the same part:
Front Left Lower: 2113304911 (2113304311, A2113304311)
Front Right Lower: 2113305011 (2113304411, A2113304411)

"Front Forward Lower Control Arm w/ Ball Joint"
"Lower Control Arm"
"Torque Strut"
"Lateral Arm"
"Control Arm (Thrust Arm)"
dealer calls it a "strut rod arm"
