W219 CLS63: Which fuse controls the Ignition Coils?

W219 CLS63: Which fuse controls the Ignition Coils?
Hello,

Based on all the research I did, Fuse 58 is what is supposed to controls the ignition coils in an M156 but what is puzzling is that the car will continue to run with fuse 58 removed.
Can anyone help me figure out the fuse that controls the Ignition coils? Clearly, in my case, 58 has nothing to do with it.
