I have a CLS350 2006 model. My voice control has stopped working. Last thing I did was trying to save some stations.
How do I diagnose the issue?

Check VCS module connections (below forward trunk floor panel) if fine, may need replacement normally requiring Xentry (MB diagnostics) to transfer data. Provide VIN if you want part #.

Thank you for the information. I have checked the connection and it seems Ok, tried disconnecting and reconnecting, but no luck. Car's VIN number is WDD2193562A095562.
