Changing Secondary Oil Cooler Connections

Previous owner busted the OEM oil cooler in the front bumper and installed an aftermarket oil cooler. It's currently connected to the secondary oil cooler using a heavy duty hose with clamps. The connection from the secondary oil cooler line had to be cut to accept the new hose and clamp. It is now leaking from this connection. Does anyone know of a way to modify the secondary oil cooler connection to -10 an? Or is anyone aware of an aftermarket secondary oil cooler (the one with the fan)? Ideally, I'd like to run all -10 an fittings from the oil filter housing to both oil coolers. Thanks in advance.
