20' HRE 547R or 847R. I saw a black CLS with a brabus kit on and a By Design rims with a Reverse Lip. Dayymmm that look soo hot. Id say 20's would be perfect.
I cant wait till i start seeing some CLS with nice rims.

I'm curreenlty having the same dilema as I wait for mine to arrive - I had 20 inch lowenharts on my E500 - kept bending them so I gave them to a friend with an S-class - they also made the car too high off the ground IMO - this car almost needs 20's though even though they were to big on my E - this car has the size to easily support them and the AMG sport kit gives a lower appearance with the body kit. I'm looking at Brabus rims as wella several others, but they have to have a good lip to them - that's the one thing I loved about lowenhart - nothing beats a nasty deep dish - the kind you can wash your hair in...lol. A deep chrome lip with either a polihed aluminum or silver center - or even painted to match the body color of the car - getting excited just thinking about it - and the CLS can handle some phat wheels - if you see one in person you'll notice they have a protective glaze over both the front mirrors and the area in front of the rear wheel well - this is to keep dirt and rocks from flying off the front wheels and hittting those parts of the car since the wheelbase in the back is wider than the front - shades of the Bentley Continental - I tried to capture this feature on one of my pics in my "Newport" post. The staggered wheels run 255/35 in the front and 285/30 in the back - back is like riding on rubber bands - but the width helps to substain the ride.
Bottom line - chose carefully on the rims - it truly can make or break the appearance of this car and it has to be a "special" wheel - anyone who sees these rimmed up in the next few months, please post pics

i did a couple quick mock-ups in p.shop, to help me decide. rim sizes are a bit exagerated, but still should give u some ideas. i wish i had a good pic of the HRE in chrome, i dont like it w/o. i do like the GFGs the most at this point. ive been also thinking about painting the centers, but on iridium silver, its not as dramatic, so i may stay all chrome. im wondering how wide we can get in the rear, im hoping 11", also wondering if fenders are rolled, or if that will need to be done.
anxious to see how the lowering modules from Carlsson and Brabus work too...

breytons??? who puts those on an MB?? if you're gonna get wheels, get some good quality ones...not some from tire rack. Breyton is a no-no in the BMW world of tasteful living.
greenway has a couple of c-classes with TSW wheels on them...i was like "wtf would you do that for?!"

a little "spokey" for me, if i was going that route, id consider the Carlsson or the Radenergie if it could be fit for benz... i really do like that Radenergie, its hot!

Breytons aren't good? I always liked them, I guess mainly because I couldn't find many others things that fit in my budget for the X5 haha.
Wow those Radenergie rims looks WICKED TIGHT!

AMG Kit
From the newly available brochure it appears that the AMG styling kit has wheels that mirror the Brabus ones. They actually look better IMHO than those on the CLS55 AMG.

these are the old Brabus monoblock IIIs, great rims in their day. probably not a wise choice since they are no longer made. if u can find them, and u mess one up, u may be out the set. i think BlueBlood Racing is making a copy, and i believe i saw some other knock offs out there that are current.
