the pewter has too much brown, looks a bit like an "old people" color IMO. the granite grey is nicer, but it does have a blue'ish tint i believe.

Saw it on another vehicle E320 at our dealer. However, it was in their basement showroom under indoor fluorescent lighting. It does appear to have a blueish tint. Some say it is greenish blue. Did not notice that indoors. The car also had Ash interior. To me the Ash looked really light. May sound like a stupid ? but are there two ash shades?
It appears on "build your own" MBUSA the CLS/E320 Ash are two completely different shades. The CLS shade appears darker as it does on the downloaded brochure.
Still deciding between Black Opal/Ash Granite Gray/ Ash

The granite grey does have a blueish tint to it. In my opinion I think granite grey is ****e. I went with Pewter/Charcoal combo. With a nice set of wheels the car stands out (no chrome). Flint Grey looks sharp too.

Our sales guy calls the granite grey "some crazy color" that looks blueish one angle, and greenish another. I checked it out and sure enough it does have slight blueish/greenish color depending which way you're looking.
We ended up with Flint Grey with Charcoal. I think they both look nice, just the other car didnt have the options we wanted.

If that was the case, I wouldn't have to buy this MB anymore. ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
That is an animation character called "Doremon". Supposedly a robot cat from the future. Somebody made a model of it and stuck it on a RC helicopter. I just thought it was kinda cute.
