I collected my car from the dealership yesterday and have taken some pictures for you guys:
The car is Diamond white with Aubergine leather. Piano black wood
She has comand, sunroof and Harmon Kardon sound system which is simply outstanding!
I had some rare MB wheels bought in from Germany fitted (they featured at the back of the CLS brochure as "dealer fit acceesories") - I think they suit the car nicely ...
Oh yes, its a 350 cdi Sport - plenty of torque and economy (40 mpg on a 30 mile run home yesterday)

Nice car!!
I think the wheel is stunning & it should be 19". The tyre is Pirelli PZero right? Is it quiet for you. My one comes with continental sport contact 5P & they are a bit noise & comes with road roar.

Yes they are 19" with Pirelli. Back wheels are wider and the ride is lovely. Pirelli are the factory fit I thought.....Originally Posted by elac

Lovely car but it has to be lowered to look hotter. Those wheels look nice to be stockers. I'd still change them but thats me.
Out Of Control!!

Interestingly I find the Continentals to be much smoother and quieter than my old Pirelli's. I couldn't imagine them being any noisier and harsher than those Pirelli's to be honest.Originally Posted by elac

And beautiful car O/P. I would want a CLS in that exact color if I got one (or if I fit in one with my height, to even consider one, lol).

Nice car but you have to lower it.

With fuel here in the UK around $160 a tank, middle age kicked in and the mpg of my Supercharged Range Rover Sport and Maserati Quattroporte taught me a lesson ! Originally Posted by freshh

Thanks for the compliments guys. The car attracts alot of attention and drives lovely. Not so good in the snow as the RRS though

I agree, DON'T lower it. She looks hot how she is! I would have gone for Palladium Silver Metallic, but that is just my taste. Here in the United States, the most fuel efficient CLS we have is the CLS550, and it gets 17city and 25highway. Not too bad, but it costs $72,000 (including destination charge). But hey, a man can dream can't he?

Hi, great looking car. Hope all is well with it so far. I'm picking up my CLS63 hopefully Wednesday! Can't wait. Just a couple of questions really.
1. Did you have to fit a tracker? Type?
2. Did you get the Star Guard interior/exterior protection?
3. Any niggles developed yet during your running in?
Thanks

No tracker fitted or required by the insurance company
I honestly couldn't warrant the Star Guard and think its a bit of a gimmick - happy to be proved wrong though
No niggles apart from the ventilation fan - aside from perhaps being a little noisy over setting three, on a frosty morning it simply will not go to maximum while sitting on the driveway idling (to de-frost) - not until the engine is warmed up. And apparently this is a good thing.... The car is amazing and you are lucky to be getting the 63. I had an E55 and loved it;

It's effin gorgeous. I just bought a E350 Coupe and can't wait to give it back already and get the CLS. Might do it next year. But Mercedes is doing an awesome job with the new body styles............I always droool when I see any CLS. This color is simply beautiful and the wheels looks stunning with it. All you need is some dark tint and you will have PUSSIES chasing you all around lol

The wheels are at the back of the CLS Brochure but are not listed as factory fit, they are special order from Germany. I have the original alloys in my garage.....
Thanks for the comments guys, the car continues to impress !!! Just driven to Monte Carlo and back 2500 miles and she was faultless and attracted a lot of attention.

Congrats. Just got back from picking mine up from the factory in Stuttgart yesterday and it has Yokohama tyres factory fitted. And BTW the new porcelain interior for 2013 is beautiful, even though it is not what I ordered from the brochure, I love it more. Should have seen the face of the lady showing me to my car when I said that is not the interior I ordered.
