CLS 2020 Brake squeal sound

I dont know what type of materials a CLS brake system has. I have just regular rotors and semi-metallic pads and I never hear any noise at all, installed them myself all around the car a few years ago, they are well worn in, maybe due for replacement in another year. I put around 7,000 miles/yr on it.
The maintenance guy may be right, in that the brakes should be serviced and greased. At least once a year I will remove and thoroughly clean everything, but I actually enjoy working on the car. The first time I worked on and replaced the rear pads and rotors I greased everything in there, but then was actually hearing noises like squeeks. I came across some info about where to only apply grease, went back and cleaned everything and started over. Since then they have been completely quiet.
In general I do not believe in just ignoring noises.
In my opinion (for what it's worth) it's nothing to do with the brakes (pads etc) I'm hearing the sound like a mobile phone vibrate. I hear it anywhere between 5 and 15 mph mainly when slowing down naturally without braking. It maybe making the sound at higher speeds but it's a very faint sound which could being drowned out by the increased road noise.
Maybe something to do with the suspension ?
