Angry CLS 2020 Brake squeal sound

Hello everybody, I have a CLS 2020 and recently being hearing these brake squeal sounds, I made a visit to MB dealer, the maintenance engineer told me that ever since MB removed a cancerous material in brake pads, these sounds appeared and have no solution other than lubricants. I'm really shocked that such a brand and model facing thos issue without any solutions.

This and that.
This is nothing new and lots of high performance brakes do this. Audi is very prone to this. It is ****ty but the price of having high performance brakes.

I thought maybe suspension or faulty ABS?

Thank you for the suggestion but I feel it's more so an electric relay or alike sound rather than brake pads making the sound. I thought maybe suspension or faulty ABS?

What did they do while the car was there, did they fix the noise?

I dont know what type of materials a CLS brake system has. I have just regular rotors and semi-metallic pads and I never hear any noise at all, installed them myself all around the car a few years ago, they are well worn in, maybe due for replacement in another year. I put around 7,000 miles/yr on it.

The maintenance guy may be right, in that the brakes should be serviced and greased. At least once a year I will remove and thoroughly clean everything, but I actually enjoy working on the car. The first time I worked on and replaced the rear pads and rotors I greased everything in there, but then was actually hearing noises like squeeks. I came across some info about where to only apply grease, went back and cleaned everything and started over. Since then they have been completely quiet.

In general I do not believe in just ignoring noises.

OK guys,
In my opinion (for what it's worth) it's nothing to do with the brakes (pads etc) I'm hearing the sound like a mobile phone vibrate. I hear it anywhere between 5 and 15 mph mainly when slowing down naturally without braking. It maybe making the sound at higher speeds but it's a very faint sound which could being drowned out by the increased road noise.
Maybe something to do with the suspension ?
