***New CLS 55 Monster Heat Exchanger***

This is something I've been working on for some time now. I had some set back trying to get other products developed. Then making all this fit into my brothers busy schedule. Im pleased to release the CLS 55 AMG Heat Exchanger!

With surface area being key to cooling. I opted for a 1.5 inch core that offers a massive 352 inches of surface area in direct contact with the air! As far as I know this is the biggest surface are available for any Mercedes. This will assure the the fluid flowing into the heat exchanger gets cooled.

Rather than going with a 8 inch tall and 3 inch thick core. I wanted to take the section of the heat exchanger in the back and move it in to the top so all the fluid gets cooled.

This monster heat exchanger's dimensions are 22x16x1.5. and over 11,000 square inches of total fin area. This thing will for sure cool your car down. I will have more capacity specs soon. Along with all sorts of test results.

We will be shipping them out a week from today!

price: $650.00
shipping: $30.00

Please PM me for more info!

Thanks -Mike

You bet.. My brother is in Flagstaff (about 2 hours north of Phoenix) When I see him Monday I can get some pics. We are doing some crazy pump upgrade early next week. So We will have the bumper off and I will be able to get some nice pics.

This heat exchanger is the same size as my TV in my office! lol.

does it stick out from the bottom of the bumper? it looks more square then the typical HE upgrade and with my car really low i would be worried about clearance.

No it doesnt stick out the bottom lol. I've got better pics (professional) coming early next week. in fact I debated on not releasing the H/E until the good pics are done. Clearance is not an issue at all.
