The REAL 2012 BRABUS CLS ROCKET (800 HP)
The brand new 2012 Brabus Rocket 800 has shown its face via a German website ahead the official worldwide debut at the 2011 IAA Frankfurt Motor Show, which opens its doors to the press on Tuesday.
An official release of the new V12-powered Mercedes-Benz CLS is not available at this moment, but the information on Motorvision.de states that the engine under the bonnet produces 800hp and a whopping 1,420Nm. The amount of torque has been limited to only 1,100Nm. The engine is connected to a AMG Speedshift MCT seven-speed sports transmission offering an accleration from 0 to 100km/h in 3.7 seconds, 23.8 seconds to 300km/h and a top speed of 370km/h.
The exterior trim has been enhanced with a new front fascia with massive air intakes, air outlets for the front fenders, add-on parts for the rear fenders and rear fascia, a rear diffuser and a rear wing. The ultra-light Brabus Monoblock F Platinum Edition cross-spoke wheels fill up the wider wheel arches nicely. On the inside, you will spot the usual accessories and refinements on offer by the German tuner.
The Brabus Rocket 800 is the most powerful luxury sedan in the world and is priced at € 429,000 excluding taxes. Stay tuned for more in the upcoming days.

Beautiful car for the most part except for the lower corners of the front bumper, the slotted top of the front grill (which doesn't go with the lines of the car, IMO), the verticle LED's, and the big "B" in the grill.
I'm sure the thrust of acceleration is off the hook, though.
Edit: When I posted initially I didn't know the engine was a V12, and I didn't realize the front grill was functional with air intake.
Is this engine built by Brabus or is it the V12 in the 65-series cars?
The rear of the car is super sick. I love the wing.

I think this car looks like the GT-R when you look at the picture of the the front/angle view after the front grill/head lights. Basically, from the front wheel arches--back. The rear wing adds to it. Great lines overall--the new CLS.

a car that gets very poor gas mileage.
I didn't think I would be saying this, but I'm not feeling the exterior mods.
I do like the rear diffuser and the engine performance is just awesome.
Love those numbers.
I wonder if this is using the current MCT 7-speed or a modified version.

I am not digging it this is not the real deal, Brabus debuted that in the Frankfurt show they will showcase the fastest sedan in the world! to me this is not the car that will do it. My opinion 13 hours to go for the real CLS Brabus debut then we will see the real Monster.
If you visit the website zoom in the teaser pic you will see a carbon fiber splitter which is not visible in the pictures posted Callmiro.

callmiro i never meant to doubt you loool i doubted the publisher you brought the info from plus its strange Brabus have told me few times they are going to debut over 800HP thats what made me think that this might have been another render, i guess anything with 800HP is good and with those pics it looks good i just don't like the front bumper they could have done a better job!

The MCT in your Bullit would be insane...imagine a 4000 RPM Race Start with the TT V12!
