Is the Brilliant Blue too brilliant?
The photos of this car in particular suggest that the blue is very bright:

I suspect that the lighting in the above photo is increasing the brightness of the blue. These photos suggest a slightly more subdued color:
The Selenite Grey Metallic is not nearly as dynamic, but it is a much safer bet. In other words, I know I will like the grey, and I will not regret the color. With the blue, I might love it, but I might also hate it. In other words, it is a greater risk -- big upside, but also big downside.
There is supposed to be a Brilliant Blue GTS arriving at a dealership approx 90 mins from my house. I am going to try to see it in person. Otherwise, I am leaning towards the grey.
Ps: I am getting black wheels.
Thoughts? Any Brilliant Blue owners here? Anyone seen it in person?

I took this at Amelia in full sun. The matte silver didn't highlight the car as much as the blue. Also they had a red and a yellow that were also a better choice over the matte.
So, I am in my mid 60's and therefore in general favor " ago appropriate" colors.
I absolutely love the brilliant blue - it is stunning and if blue in general is your thing you are going to love this one.
I wanted an Edition 1, which in this country is only available in grey. If not, the blue would have probably been my number one choice.
You did not say, but it is going to be critical to pick the right interior color to go with it - what color did you pick?

I am not a huge fan of blue and wouldn't buy it, but it did look nice...

However, blue does not go well with red. So, if you go for the blue, you have to invest the extra money for the ceramic brakes (and preferably) black rims, and potentially the night exterior option. In addition, this choice makes you the owner of a car that (almost) nobody owns. Black, grey and silver, you see all over the place.

I like the color. It has kind of a Viper GTS / Ford GT vibe to it.
I prefer it over the" supposedly" more popular colors like gray and black by a mile easy .

Night/Chrome package, black/silver wheels, pano roof, all adjust accent and highlight details.
Blue is a great colour, but is either very high contrast with silver wheels/chrome, or very low contrast with black wheels/night.
In retrospect, carbon exterior pack could be great middle ground, which is something worth considering.
Good luck

but what trim?
