Cross-spoke forged thoughts
Here is an update:
My dealer made a mistake ordering the wrong wheels for my ordered GTS. I specifically picked the 10 Spoke and the Cross-Spoke in Titanium were ordered. My dealer is taking full responsibility and that is awesome. Otherwise I would have probably canceled my order. However because of the scare parts available they can't get their hands on another set of wheels. So they are asking me what I feel is a fair compromise. Some additional info I am paying MSRP. I ordered the car in June. Car is scheduled to make it to Baltimore port on Tuesday. My MSRP is $167K (Not a cheap build)
They are asking what $$$$ amount I feel is fair off the vehicle and I can deal with replacing the wheels and selling my wheels. What would you expect if you were in my position?

The dealer actually used this set for reference. They offered to split the cost ($3K Off GTS Purchase) and I keep the Cross Spoke wheels.
Buying a set of OEM replacement 10 Spoke will be more like $10K plus the hassle of selling the old set. On top of that OEM wheels do not move quickly unless you give them away. There are not a lot of these cars out there. It's a needle in a haystack, I would have to find someone that either needs a spare set or really wants this design and willing to pay $5-$6K+ for me to break even. Plus the hassle of swapping wheels, packaging wheels, shipping wheels, etc. it's all time/money that I will need to cover.

I think you should be able to get a better deal from your dealer that what's offered currently. Good luck
