Mercedes-AMG GT-R.
What an unbelievable sight! The first ever Mercedes-AMG GT-R has landed at Euro Motors Bethesda in Maryland. It features the same 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine (M178) used in the GT and GT S, but with power increased to 585 PS (430 kW; 577 bhp) and torque increased to 700 N·m (520 lb·ft). The GT R accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.6 seconds and has a top speed of 320 km/h (200 mph).

I attended the event and was blown away. This is the only drivable GT R in the world right now. It had 309 miles on it and is the same car that Lewis Hamilton drove in the launch videos. The car is on a 14 stop U.S. tour to various AMG Performance Center dealerships after the Laguna Seca visit before heading back to Germany. Will be in Arlington VA tomorrow and then off to Florida. Great job of hosting by EuroMotorCars.
