I ended up with Designo Diamond White. Seems like it is the rarest choice for the gtr so far behind Red... but of course what people say they are getting is different than what they really are getting.
However... According to Mb's inventory system, these are the breakdowns of the colors for the incoming GTRs in the USA.
Black - 20
Magnetite Black - 4
Solar Beam - 10
Selenite Gray Magno - 25
Green Hell Magno - 94
Jupiter Red - 2
Iridium Silver Metallic - 8
Diamond White - 19
Brilliant Blue - 1
Iridium Magno - 7
Selenite Gray Met - 8
Cardinal Red - 1
If one wants the most unique GTR.. they should get a blue or a red one. But get the Green Hell Magno if one wants to look like every other GTR (over 50%)..

If you want a Magno colour, then Diamond White isn't Magno, so thats you down to silver or grey.
Grey hands down for me, as silver just look unnaturally dull .... and this is from someone that loves silver

White and silver will give you the understated look which I am not sure fits the whole GT-R theme.
I would go with Magno grey but I am biased as that's how I specced my GT.
Just make sure you have a Batman suit to go with it

I really appreciate everyone's input yes I am interested in the Magno MattE. I do like the darker gray as well the reason of the silver stands out is because it brings out the cars design much better, you can really see the lines.

Porsche guy who drives SL63 w/ perf pkg AND perf suspension
I bought a car with matte paint, knowing it had certain drawbacks. I would not have done it if I knew how delicate it was. I have had about 4 repainting sessions so far. No matter how small, the least mark requires repainting to fix. And the whole panel must be painted, and its very hard to match.

My favorite color unfortunately isn't on the GTR and is only on the new G500 4x4 - electric beam!
Sad thing is, porsche has something similar on the 911 GT3RS.. maybe I'll get mine wrapped for that color. Anyone know a good wrap company in Texas?

That's the SLS Electric Drive, standard paint was that crazy yellow or electric blue (Spectra)
Edit: this might be useful if you want to see how the AMG GT would look with a similar color (but ignore those rims lol)

I had the front bumper covered with xpel clear bra, after I painted it. 1100 to paint, 650 to bra. I just painted the hood, 500, and will bra it soon as possible, probably 700 to bra. The cost doesnt justify the work but it prevents 99% necessity to repaint the panel again.
I think if i bought the car new I would just bra the whole car from the start
