Is this the oil filter housing & cap?

Is this the oil filter housing & cap?
So is that the oil filter housing and black cap with the yellow stripe shown in the #3 under-car photo posted by Dr. Graphx (thank you) at

and will all the oil in the dry sump tank come rushing out it one removes the housing to replace the filter?

Yes the yellow stripe cap is the filter. So, no not all of the oil will rush out, but a good bit will. You will need to drain the reservoir first, then the drain plug, and filter housing. About 7.3qts total
