2018 GT Base missing heated seats

Success! After a week delay in ordering replacement parts for the correct switch panel, I finally have heated/ventilated seats! Fix was simply to order a switch panel with the correct buttons. Seats already had proper mechanics in them. Still no idea why it happened!

It is the correct switchgear. The car has the aero pack which has a fixed spoiler, not moveable, therefore no button. There are two buttons for each seat... one for heating and one for cooling.

In addition to the customary power adjustments, the substantial side bolsters in the cushion and backrest are also power-adjustable for optimal lateral support.
