Since the license plate treatment is supposed torender the plate invisible to cameras, the disclaimer should have included something about not encouraging drivers to run red lights.

This is all nonsense. Laser will reflect off other parts of Car. Radiator hood etc. the marketing disclaimers have no legal effect. It’s clear as to what they are selling. It’s like the sign in the parking garage that says they’re not responsible for any damage or stolen property.
even Blinder electronic blockers that use high 2 or more power units that diffuse lasers are not 100%.
