Hey guys,

Considering a AMG GTS or GTC. Whats the typical discount for an off the lot car? I see some dealers are sitting on a huge inventory of them (GTS at least, havent seen a GTC coupe on the lot yet). Anyone willing to share their deal?

Also do you guys know if the 19s will receive the same interior updates/ facelift as the new GT63 sedans?

Thanks!

MSRP .
The GTC coupes aren’t out yet. Production just started.
Spring is almost here. The deals are gonna vanish fast !

Yea I have all my 18's sold except my GTC cabriolet (that I cant sell until April)... which is a GTC coupe, a GTR and 2 GTS's...

I can order you a 19?

Is the GTC cab sale being held up by the passenger seat sensor issue or the seatbelt issue?

If you search hard enough, there is plenty of deals to be had at way below MRSP.
I know I have a long term relationship with my dealer but I was able to even custom order my car at a substantial discount.
It's not easy but patience and finding the right time and dealer will get you there.

Very true, its a great looker.. The market for coupes is super strong... maybe the cab market isnt as strong (granted our 1st two went real fast and we just sold another cardinal red GTCA..stunning color on the GT's btw...) , but its hard to tell since MB launches their convertibles at the start of winter every year... the year prior they released the C convertibles in Nov and asked why we werent selling more lol ( we arent in California or Florida)

I thought we could sell it a couple months back, but then they said "NO"... its the only GT ive had all year that wasnt sold before it got here or has been here for more than a week

I have been reulctant to drive mine with the slack seatbelt. My dealer is installing a new seatbelt as I write this, so I hope that solves the problem. If not, I am seriously considering invoking the California Lemon Law on the car. I believe it is possible to invoke the Lemon Law on safety recalls, especially when they are for safety reasons and the manufacturer refuses to provide the owner with alternative comparable transportation.

My preference is that the new seatbelt works and solves the problem. But I don't want to be stuck with a car with an inoperative seatbelt. I am getting tired of driving my M4 all the time. I bought the GT to drive, not to be a garage queen.

Are there any differences in the 19s from 18s?

Thats what I thought, I heard some 17s went for over 30k under last year. Used ones are already in the 100s, but I dont really want to own outright a used brand new first model year Mercedes. I will be doing some more research.

Thanks!

My Mercedes-Benz dealer changed out my seatbelt. It took 2 days. It appears to have solved the slackness problem. I will reserve judgment for a while since it took a couple of weeks for the problem initially to manifest itself when I first got the car. But so far so good.

What's a "substantial discount" on a custom order, percentage wise?

Substantial enough to pay for mods like wheels, tires, tune etc
