yes. I have also checked online wholesales. This is for the US btw.
John Gaydos at Autoquest checked with his MB parts source using the above ‘part number’, and nothing is showing up in the US MB parts inventory system.
A shame as I’d buy these immediately if available.
Anyone in England that can get Car over to their shop?
WhiteBlack? I know youmtrack the car and we always risks puncturing an exposed radiator when doing so. I bet if you offered your car as the test vehicle you’d get a free set installed! lol
And be doing all of us a great service btw.

We got these genuine cooler protection grilles, but EPC advertises it for GT-C/GT-R versions and we checked GT & GT-C/R coolers have different part numbers.
Not sure about AMG GT fitment..

may I ask if these clip on or does the bumper cover need to be removed?
Hello everyone,
We measured these grilles with standard prefacelift AMG GT cooler and it doesn't fit.
Coolers are too large for these grids.
I may work if cut the brackets and fix it with zip ties just opposite to intake hole.
Can't answer this question. The car is front is dissassembled now, we just took a chance to measure it properly.
According to EPC it fits new (facelift) GT-R and GT-C

I think the odds of a breach are rare. I'll take my chances. Lots of MB TT V8's have those exposed. This thing looks like someone stole some chicken wire from Farmer Bob. At least spray them black for Pete's sake.

I asked my AMG tech and he said the same thing some have reported here. The covers that have been installed in other countries don’t seem to be doing the job. So they may be working on a updated version.
Who knows when they will be available in the US though.
I’ll see him Monday when they do a Service A on my car and will see if there is any update.
BTW: I have to leave the car because there is a RECALL on my GTR along with 123 others. It seems the ECU needs to be updated since it won’t currently do 198mph.

We can’t have that now can we?
Best Regards
Jerry
Just dropped off my GTR yesterday for the A service and belt recall/ECU update. I heard the same thing as Jerry with regards to the guards.
They also told me that order banks for the black series won't open till the end of 2019 most probably. No update on the G63 4X4 in the new generation incase you were interested.
Demand for the AMG GT sedan has not been that strong is what I am told whereas demand for the new G series is thru the roof.

I would assume that would be all 2018 GTR's - yes?
