Any 2020 GT coupe and roadster builds or reviews

Hello !

I am not sure why but mbusa takes a long time to update their website with new year model builds. Porsche announced 992 and you can right away build 992 along with existing 991 . Are there any first drives of 2020 amg gt coupe / roadster with the amg dynamics?

Yeah, they are from 2015. The car hasn’t changed that much since it was introduced. It’s the same with minor cosmetic changes.

Why buy the 2020? A 2021 is surely gonna come out and then you will have an old model.

After the 2021 (new model) comes out. There is usually some minor changes/improvements on the following year of a new model. Then one could say; wait for 2022 for those improvements. At that point, you may be getting close to a face lift. So then you could wait another year for those... and so on... and so on. It's like computers, if you're always waiting for the latest, greatest, fastest and cheapest. You'll always be waiting, because it changes so rapidly. When you've made the conscious decision to buy. Then by all means - go ahead and buy. I would rather spend my time enjoying a vehicle instead of worrying about the new model. Especially when 2021 deliveries are most likely a couple years out yet. If it were closer, and I'd actually seen the new model. Then I might consider waiting at that point in time. Mi dos centavos.

Thats exactly how i feel. Unfortunately people do over analyze some decisions and just miss out of the enjoyment.

I'm taking delivery of my 2019 next month and i was a bit upset whenever they revealed the 2020 but I got over it quickly. I can always put my name down to get the first completely new model, 2022 etc. The updates/LCI are always going to happen. Just have to live with it.

Dude, you didn’t even get yours yet and your upset that a 2020 is coming out?

Im driving an ancient bucket of bolts by that standard . It’s a quickly aging 2018 GTS which has been discontinued for 2020.

Analysis paralysis, sad but true. No bank accounts in the coffin, can't take money with you when you're gone..

Just look up GTC reviews for the 2019. The car is essentially the same.
