Wheel size and ride quality
They reommend 20/21 wheels. Actual sizes are 20x10j and 21x12j.
will these wheels be too big for the GTS. Will they stick out of the fenders?
do bigger wheels change the toe, alignment and caber?
Is the ride quality affected?
A high quality manufacturer of aftermarket wheels should not sell you wheels that won’t actually fit, meaning you have rubbing issues with the tyres, etc.
Alignment settings should not be altered, again with high quality slightly larger wheels.
I can get custom wheels in any diameter and width. If getting OEM sizes , the offsets can be different. Changing diameters and widths at the same time has me scratching my head.
The OEM wheels were designed for the car. Aftermarket were not. Just don’t know if the bigger wheels change much more than looks

The wheels are almost always wider than stock and the car typically needs a drop as well to balance the wider stance with the height of the car.
I switched to 20/20 with Michelins PS4s and it rides better.
At the time, Michelin didn't make the PS4 in my 21" size. They do now.
So yeah this post isn't helpful at all.

I don’t like the 10” width on the front (for GT, GTS) prefer 9.5” with for the 265 tire, in either 19 or 20 inch.
Again I’m sure we went over this before, but you need the offsets to be correct, that is MOST important once you select your 19/20 or 20/21 size set up.
I have bad roads all around me, and don’t mind the 20/21 set up at all. I have 2 sets of aftermarket wheels that are 20x9.5 front and 21x12 rear, 1 set is 1pc monoblock the other 3pc floating spoke design, both with proper offsets I worked with companies on, not just “here’s the offset we offer”, I got it pretty dialed in offset wise for these cars. Also, have my stock 19/20” set up that is on occasionally.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
I just took her out last week for the first time. Today was my first long ride.
I happen to like my OEM wheels but I started a wheel quest when I wanted a set of winter wheels. First I was going to get a set of cheap wheels for winter and then decided to get after market wheels and relegate the OEMs to winter duty.
Clearly since it’s spring now, I’m in no rush to make a decision. I’ve picked the style . Now I need to decide on size. Then I’ll order my wheels. By the time I get them , I’ll put Sootozeros on the OEM wheels. I’ll just wear out these tires on my current OEMs
