Banning
So I was banned for the crime of posting videos of reckless driving of other drivers and a so called moderator said it was due to offensive language even tho the trolls were the people with the offensive language...Moderator was on the side of the trolls..
If this is a permanent banning let me know and I will remove this link from my favorites..

Awe guys common. Always multiple sides to a story. Let’s not play judge and juror and let’s all just be enthusiasts. I don’t know Ronin, never met him etc.. and wasn’t there to see how things unfolded, but I’m sure self improvement can be from more than one direction...

Don't see what the big deal is with Ronin's posts. The man likes to cruise the mountain passes, has seen people killed and/or injured from those crossing the lines and gets pissed about it. Others would not react so strongly but so what? Maybe some behavior lines were crossed with cursing - not sure - but no need to vilify others - from any side. We are all on a learning curve in various areas and don't know what we just don't know. I raced with a national license in SCCA for 10 years and know good behavior on and off the track. Wanted to kill more than one ******* driver who pulled a raw one on the track that almost got me and others killed. But I calmed down and let it go. Ronin AMG is clearly not to everyone's taste, but you can put him on your "ignore list" and then you won't see him. I am not a moderator and don't know the lines he supposedly crossed.
There are a number of people who've posted here in the past whose behavior I disliked - always seeming to go out of their way to rain on someone's parade and to trash others. I just don't see their posts anymore. I put them on my ignore list. My 2 cents.

It’s unfortunate that Ronin has developed a reputation for being perceived as offensive to many people across many Internet forums as well. I hope Ronin isn’t looking for a pity party because if he’s thinking of removing the link from favorites, I think there are plenty here who would be eager to do that for him.
I find Ronin most offensive when he responds to people’s questions in the most demeaning way possible as if to say, “why are you such an idiot?” I don’t engage his comments and maybe I’m partly to blame for not intervening. But he completely lacks the scope to examine his own behavior.
As as we’ve established, this is a place for learning and getting stoked on cars. Sometimes, I just like to sit on my couch, turn on the TV and read some mbworld.com without drama.

I'm with Ronin. His posts on idiots on Angeles Crest Highway were helpful. Boi racers have died in front of my house on Mulholland Highway. We shouldn't celebrate them.

It didn't say you were banned when you made the thread, I remember looking for it specifically. Could have been a glitch though. I'm almost positive that you can't send PMs while banned either, so if you were able to, then you weren't banned when you made the thread, thinking it was a PM.
