Hello!

My GTs is having boost cut issues and is intermittently feeling like it’s losing power when at wide-open-throttle. I also have exhaust flap codes that seem to not go away even after being cleared. I believe the M177 engines had this issue, but am wondering if any other GTs M178 owners are having similar issues.

- Spark plugs and air filter were changed to rule out those as the cause.

I had this issue with my C43, exhaust flaps wires/connectors were water damaged. Dealer replaced flaps wiring and the issue went away

did you have power loss as well? What was the power loss like?

Yes, the car was in the soft limp mode with no check engine light but with reduced power.

What tune is on your car ?
Does the power come back on after you have restarted the car?

Definitely a dealer to avoid to service AMG’s.
The exhaust flap issue is a known issue in the E63s forum and it does have the exact symptoms.
