Renntech HHT Failed - Help Needed (>_<)

hello everyone

sorry for my poor english

thanks everyone

i learned a lot from this forum

i'm a owner of a 2020 amg gt in shanghai china

i change the air filter to KN high flow one

i deleted the second cat of my car

and finally i bought a Renntech HHT from their online store

as an owner in shanghai it both expensive and difficult for me to get the device

i choose the most expensive one among so many solutions just to avoid trouble

but it failed (>_<)

the red light always "2 blinks" when pluged to my car

it should be the "no firmware match found" problem according to the troubleshooting

i fill the form on their website and i write e-mail to them

but no one answer me

is there any other method to reach renntech ?

is there any one can help me (>_<)

Is it possible for you to identify the exact product number you bought and the error lights and error codes you are experiencing.

Then we can contact Renntech for you and have them read your email here and post a solution.

Wait doesn’t he have to download his cars file onto the HHT first and then reload the renntech file?

i will post the picture to describe the problem i've met

my order number should be "ORDER #473"

and the product number should be "ME07501"

the "2 blinks" and the "solution 3" also take the picture

i guess maybe my car was too new to the device ?

but it should fit the car from "2018-present" according to their website

and i bought the device with my VIN number so i think they should know the informantion about my car

anyway thank you for your help

this device don't need to read the ecu file in your car then send to remap

it's not like that "DIM sport" way

it's kinda like a OTS map for your car

i think it's not the best way to tune my car

but it should be the most easy way for an owner in shanghai china

if i live in USA or europe or japan or anywhere else

i won't choose this way to remap the ecu

anyway thank you
