Power steering fluid
Anyone know if it uses the standard pentosin chf-11s power steering fluid? Mine is a touch low, and when I pull the cap it appears the current fluid (assuming OEM fill) is yellow not green.

Ive scoured the manual and maintenance booklet with no luck.

Workshop manual states FUCHS PETRLUB SE Pentosin CHF 11 S Hydraulic Fluid. Also states part number A 001 989 24 03, which I believe is MB re-branded Pentosin oil with possible color change?

I think you're right...the OEM bottle has yellow on the label. I am guessing it is safe to mix green and yellow chf 11s?

Ravenol SSF fits the specifications. I got mine on Amazon for just less than 20 dollars.

Challenge is I already have CHF-11S lying around for my other cars, so would love to just top it up. Might have to poke around a bit further.
