I am looking to purchase a 2019 GT R. There are several within the US that I have ordered inspections for.
Does anyone have any relevant advice to purchasing a used 2019 GT R, warnings or specific things to look out for?
Thank you

Other than a PPI, and potentially getting a CPO car for extra ‘insurance’, I believe the car to be extremely sound. I’ve had zero issues with mine. If the car has CCM brakes, ask the individual performing the PPI to pay extra attention to the rotors, as if the car was tracked and the pads were allowed to get too worn, the (expensive) rotors can be damaged.

Received inspection results today.
The tires will need to be replaced relatively soon.
Thank you for the notes about the CPA insurance and the CC rotors and pads.
The CC rotors show what appears to be cracks/lines all over them. Is this normal or a sign that they need to be replaced?
The car is in California - I am not - and I am therefore unable to tell much other than what I see in the photos provided by the inspection.
Thank you.

I would make sure the inspection includes that an ECU check is performed to make sure that the car has not had an aftermarket tune put on it which would void any factory warranty on the engine/drive train. I had a recent scare with mine which was purchased from a non MB dealer, all turned out just fine. Good luck and you're going to love it and hate wet days!

brake pads looks like it's been tracked....tires might give it a clue too

And I thought so too. But it happened. It's not from one of the well known tuners. Mine wasn't detected and I bought it CPO-ed. Car is clean as a whistle otherwise. It was the smog cert that got this started. 3 dealerships and field engineers can't figure it out. This went up all the way to corporate. Eventually they replaced the ECU. Kept my CPO though and an apology from them.

CCB's are a must and get an inspection. Tires aren't that big of a deal, if you drive it right then they won't last long I've had a GTR and now have a PRO, love both and the GTR I had didn't have any problems. If it's an MB dealer, might as well add the CPO.
