should I break in an brand new 2020 AMG GTR?

For my brand new 2020 AMG GTR Coupe, around 50 k/m and exhaust sounds is terrible, which i also know for a fact it will even in race mode, because its a 2020 version. I want to swap the downpipe to Frequency Intelligent downpipe to make it louder & get a tune for more burble/crackle/bang. horsepower changes doesn't matter to me. Should I literally break in around 1000mile (1,500km) to the vehicle first before changing the downpipe and tune the ecu ect..? because during these process, the installer will obviously rev the car or floor the car to perform dyno tests and sound ect.. is it that bad to for a brand new sport car to be driven as "drive it as you stole it" before 1,500 km? love this car. kind of want to keep it until its undrivable 1,000,000,000,000 km.

please let me know what would you guys do. thanks it would really be a great help. i am literally driving it everyday in comfort and following the break in instructions ect... and 1,500 km seems so far yet. i am literally trying to find the time to drive it to 1,500 km just for the downpipes and tunes.

While the 2020s are not as loud as previous years, it is not all that bad, when you lean on it in race mode it still has all the cracks and pops if that is what you looking for.
You really have to get the 2020s over 3500 rpm for it to come alive.
Having owned both a 2018 and a 2020, yes the 2018 was louder, but I find the tone of the 2020 better.
You should cut off the secondary cats first and see if you like that.
I am all for nice loud sounding exhaust and trying recapture a nice V8 burble in an age of turbocharging, overrun tunes IMO are a bit obnoxious and ricey.

If it makes you sleep better just drive it until you hit the break in Km and then tune it. Get to know the sound of the car before and after tune...should only take a few trips here and there. gives you an excuse to get out of the house.

I am not aware if it has a stationary rev limit less than redline. Honestly, I have not rev'd it past ~3.5k RPM while stationary/no load.

GTR is a track car. So do whatever your budget allows to it to enhance its performance.
