I am not 100% sure but you could reach out to AP racing/ Essex parts for a swap. I believe Renntech also has a Carbon to iron rotors kit.

There's no better environment for your CCBs than the track; you probably just need track specific pads on those days. The changeover would probably be comparable to the cost of two replacement CC rotors. How likely is that a track day could cost you two CC rotors..........assuming you don't have an off-track excursion or bang one up during a wheel change.

you could also invest in some brake ducts that would help the longevity of both pads and the uber expensive rotors

It's set up for ducts but they aren't OEM? No question they are a must if you're going to spend a day or even half a day at the track. I'd guess a track day costs about $1000/day; mostly for tires.

The "standard" GTR sadly does not come with brake ducts only the Pro and to my understanding from Tikt theirs are better engineered than the MB ones.

Giro makes a direct swap set: https://www.girodisc.com/Girodisc-Fr...rs_p_6824.html

I've yet to explore this but will try after my current OEM CCB rotor wears out.

Hopefully this is a standard plug n play you might need different pads but you should contact Mike at girodisc. You can pm if you want to put you in co tact with him. I’m on irons but switched to girodisc rotors.
