Can anyone verify if 000-982-75-10 is the correct part # for '16 GTS battery?

The number off the one in my car is A0019829008, but the number in the subject looks to be a new part # but I'm not sure. Thanks

Honestly it's moments like this I wish I didn't leave Porsche for Mercedes. I just called the dealer and they're telling me the part number that the online dealers part sites are showing (and they won't ship batteries anyways) is wrong. He's telling me the correct part # is 029820608 and it's $2600.00(!) and it's on backorder. I can't even verify that part number is valid. ****ing hate dealing with MB.

Could someone who bought a new battery for their 2016 please tell me what your part number was? It should be on your invoice or the battery itself. Thanks

For anyone interested: I just got finished calling four different MB dealers parts departments. There is disagreement about which is the right part number. Two are sure 002 982 0608 is correct, it's a 12v 78A battery and it's retail is $2600. Two dealers don't have it and say it's at least a week backorder from MB, and they want $2600. The one that does have it, is close enough for me to drive to, has a discount website and will sell it to me for $1400. Another dealer says 000 982 4113 would work but admits its the wrong amperage (!) 60A not 78A. Another says 09827710 is the right battery but that's wrong also. Why did I leave Porsche again? 🙄

ON EPC I am looking at the battery for my 18 GTC and the part number for this battery is A0009826205

On the plus side you can actually see and touch the engine on your car vs. the Porsche. Smiles.

This is indeed true. You whine that you miss Porsche (a great machine).....Engine jammed in the back, sounds like a lawn mower driving away....
