Buying a GTR for the Track - Good/bad idea?
I'm currently hunting around for an AMG GTR to use at the track 2-3x a month. Does anyone here have a history at the track with their GTR? How has it held up?
Is it possible to disengage the auto-braking feature? That scared the hell out of me when I was tracking a GTR a few years ago....

The thread wawrecker posted above have pretty much everything you need.
I track mine about 2 times a month, it's actually one of the easiest cars to run at this speed - as long as you have proper brake cooling.

great track car for power and balance. The isssue is brakes.
You needs to get the Tikt cooling and racing discs and pads. a spare set of wheels and tyres and you are good to go.
