My son has his GTS on a trailer being towed from Plano Tx to Columbia, SC. Apparently he got it up on the trailer okay. Tried to lock it, start it turn the lights on....Nothing! Absolutely nothing. It's a '17 model. He'll be towing it for a day or two more. Any ideas? I tried doing various searches and came up with nothing. Sample pic from two months ago.
A possibility - Did your son review the towing procedures and anti-theft systems? There is a lot written on in the op manual. The system is sensitive to towing (incline sensors) and there are specific instructions for towing regarding how the vehicle needs to be setup including how to lock it (or it might need to be left unlocked). It is possible the anti-theft has locked out the ignition, but just guessing here. Might be worth a dealer question to see if there is a procedure to reset the security system.

If he is still in Texas - I've a 2017 as well and can runs SDS Xentry on it for him and get it sorted out.
