Renntech DPs

Does anyone know if just installing the Renntech 200 cell downpipes, without the tune, will throw cel ?

I don't know specifically about renntech but assume they are all "similar" my car had pending codes for CAT performance with downpipes. when I did the tune with eurocharged they fixed it and its been flawless for 2 years.
