New GT Later This Year?

Electrified 4-wheel drive as expected.
There's not much info yet. Anyone have any more insights?
I am glad it's coming, but I'll stick with my '18 ICE only.

Some good spy shots here: https://www.motor1.com/news/576657/a...upe-spy-video/

There's a bit more detail visible in these than earlier spy shots. It looks like they're trying to make it look less "melted" than the SL. The most noteworthy proportional changes from the current GT are less dash to axle distance, a higher hood suggesting a higher mounted engine like the SL (probably wet sump), and longer area behind the driver (likely SL-style vestigial rear seats). It doesn't look bad, but the proportions aren't striking like the current AMG GT. Having the driver roughly centred over the wheelbase rather than sitting just ahead of the rear axle might make manoeuvring and controlling the car feel more intuitive though.
