Has anyone had an issue with their front lip falling off?

How are they attached to the spoiler?

Left home the lip was attached, drove on the interstate to my destination, lip was missing, weird!

.... and i did not hit anything.

The screws holding the lip are threaded into plastic so if you push hard enough you can strip them right out from what i've seen.
