Fair price for Carbon Ceramic brake ?
what’s a fair price for a lightly used carbon ceramic brake setup on a GTR ? They look like new. i’m thinking about selling mine. They are flawless. seen all kinds of prices on Ebay. one for over $20k shipped used. obviously that’s silly high.

Hard to put a price on em. I think they are worth between $12 to $15k if they are used, complete, and in decent shape. Im pretty sure its the same set up across the E and S (the E for sure) so its a wider audience than the GT market.
I converted my R8 earlier this year and it also needed a new booster. Also in the R8s case it needed a programming update for rain. The calipers from Iron to CCB are pretty different; guessing it might need that same added factor to get them right.

Strongly suggest keeping them on the shelf and putting them back on the car prior to selling/trading. You can then sell the AP Racing BBKs for at least 66% of what you paid for them. You will have a harder time selling the car, and especially trading it with the APs still on it and not the OEM CCMs.
