Wheel experts; question for 20x10 and 20x12
This is my first official post. thank you in advance for any help .
can someone confirm the below offsets will work?
After speaking with some wheel experts, i am looking at getting a new set of wheels with the following specs:
20x10 +50 and 20X12+58.-+60.
Does anyone think there will be issues rubbing? hoping this sits flush with how. my car sits at the moment.
and are 20x12 too aggressive? i can do 20x11.
again thank you in advance

FRONT:
20x10” et54 will not rub and allow a bit of lowering. 20x9.5” et48 will act the same with the width change.
REAR:
20x12” et62 is the way to go that does not rub and allows a bit of lowering.
Examples above will be in line with tread widths similar to Michelin Pilot Sport 4s 265 fronts and 325 rears, with a 10” wide wheel you can go up to 275 front, pretty much max in front of GTS.

That's a bit aggresive, no?
Fronts and rears would stick out ~18mm more than factory by my math on a GT/GTs.
18.7mm out seems a bit much for me, but for others that may look good. 10-13mm seems "flush" to my eye. I bought some cheap 5mm spacers to stack and see where I thought the wheels should sit in the garage for approximating wheel offsets and came up with the following:
Rear: 19x12 ET 68-70 (10.7-12.7mm more outboard than stock)
Front: 19x9.5 ET 59 (9.5mm more outboard than stock)
Stock wheels:
Rear: 20x11 ET 68
Front: 19x9 ET 62

Being an engineer I always trust but verify.

Thanks for the pics and those do look pretty flush! Is your car lowered and how much negative camber are you running?

Would this sizing work for 19 fronts and 20 rears?
I just had a look at your pics and it shows a 21 rear? I can see the front.

I am running 20"x10" ET 47 with 265/30/20 michelin, and 20"x11" ET 48 with 315/30/20 michelin on my lowered GTS with a factory alignment and it doesn't rub, so you would be fine with a 20"x10" and a 20"x11". I don't know about the 20"x12" though.

Since I am considering a GT- C with slightly wider fenders, I am wondering how much the offsets would change to put them flush with the fenders?
(keeping in mind that I would also want to close the wheel gap a little with a set of KW HAS springs).
Hope that helps!

I see that you're sunbeam yellow?
This is my first color choice in my search for the perfect GT-C (with carbon ceramics, of course)!
