i see a bunch of options like the above, where you plug the device into obd and carplay gets activated. i have a 2017 amg gt. will this module work? OR can you do carplay coding?

none of these vendors know if it will work..

No idea on this one, but I think I would be a little cautious plugging in a 13 dollar OBD device into a 100K car.

That’s a solid no. No activation possible on the GT models. One must install a CarPlay module or go full out and buy the 2020+
NTG + screen to get native CarPlay @MB House
