Really? Is it a custom color? I have the window sticker with it saying Classic Red/Black
Shouldn't be custom but I have never seen that in a GT model. Maybe earlier years?
The Pepper Red/Black came as a base nappa for the GT (then featuring a black center console surround/lower dash and the exclusive nappa with the red center console surround/lower dash). Then there was a Black w. red contrast (dynamica seating - no seat ventilation).
That's all I remember but a pic is worth a thousand words!

That’s what I figured. You have the Pepper Red/Black Exclusive Nappa.
Nevermind the window sticker which is just a used car one made up by the dealership.
This is usually due to the fact that the VIN may not show the word pepper red but just: exclusive leather black/red.

That's probably the best place to get window stickers from but nothing will match the factory one (in terms of exact verbiage and options detail).
I personally wouldn't sweat it. Just get a copy of the DOG (Dealer Order Guide) for the model year of your car so that you can reference all options you have with some details...
